How Can You Bless God’s Ministries Through Wesley Freedom?

Help provide direct services and relief to your neighbors and persons in need around the world.

UMCOR Ukraine Relief

UMCOR provides emergency food, relocation, medical, and rebuilding support for those in crisis. From today through June 1st, our UMCOR dollars will be focused on relief for Ukraine. The Missions Committee is matching the first $2,000 given.

Feed My Sheep

Help provide meals to our neighbors in the greater Eldersburg community three days per week in partnership with other local churches.

Food Pantry

Support our Food Pantry which distributes food once per month to anyone in need.

Memorial Fund

Upon the request of a family in bereavement, donations can be made in memory of a departed loved one. This option is only available during bereavement periods.

Financial Responsibility

To ensure the church’s financial responsibility and transparency a Finance Committee is elected annually by the Charge Conference. The committee compiles an annual budget which is submitted to the Church Council for approval. With the help of a group of counters, the Financial Secretary is responsible for counting and promptly depositing donations, and maintaining accurate donor records. The Treasurer disburses payments for expenses as named in the church budget, and prepares monthly financial statements which are submitted to the Church Council. All benevolent donations are submitted on a monthly basis to the conference treasurer or the respective designated charity.
