Exploring Sources of Healing and Resilience: A support group for those journeying through grief, loss, or trauma. This 5-week series will invite participants to explore healing practices and mindsets which engage the body, mind, and spirit. The goal of this wholistic approach is to help each develop a meaningful and sustainable rhythm for caring for ones-self in the midst of life’s losses, challenges, and joys. Facilitated by Rev. Dr. Jennifer Smith, Doctorate in Healing and Wholistic Health. Begins Sunday, February 18th, 6:30pm, Hope Rising rooms.
