How many children & Teachers are in the classroom?
Our two year-old classrooms have 12 children with 3 teachers. Our three year-old classrooms have 18-20 children with 3 teachers. Our four year-old classrooms have 20 children and 2 teachers.
What are the qualifications of teachers and what is the staff turn-over?
All our staff is trained in Early Childhood Education and is First Aid/CPR certified. Many of our teachers have extensive backgrounds in the field. Our rate of staff turn-over is low, with some teachers on staff for over 15 years.
what forms of communication do you use to keep parents updated?
We use a variety of tools to keep parents up to date about our classroom happenings. We have a closed Facebook group that updates parents with pictures and information. We also use email and the Remind app to alert parents about upcoming events. Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled bi-annually.
My child has a special health condition. should I let the center know?
Yes. Call the Center prior to completing enrollment paperwork. We will provide additional forms, specific to your child’s health condition, that will need to be completed by a medical provider.
