DANCE-IT-OFF is for those who love to dance, both the beginners & experienced. This is a complete fitness program that incorporates cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Dances include movements from jazz, funk, hip-hop, line, salsa, aerobic and more. Please bring a mat & dumbbells to class. We will continue meeting on Zoom until September 14th, at which time we will begin meeting in the Community Life Center again.
