Wesley Freedom Family Resource Center
A network of support for families
The Family Resource Center is a faith-based resource center making a positive, South Carroll Community impact one life, one family at a time. It is a ministry of Wesley Freedom United Methodist Church that seeks to make personal connections with families in the South Carroll Area as we help them navigate resources and assistance during difficult times or crisis. While we realize there are many programs that are income-based, we strive to help all people regardless of their financial situation. We network with other local organizations and agencies to find the best support possible. Additionally, we strive to develop community education opportunities by hosting trainings, workshops, and community forums. Feel free to come in during office hours Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm or contact Sharon Feldman, Director of Family Resource Center, at (410) 795-2777 Ext. 12 or the link below.

Re-Direct One80 Program
The FRC is working to partner with the Carroll County Detention Center and Health Department in creating a re-entry program, called Re-Direct One80. This program connects an individual who has been recently released from prison with a mentor. The Family Resource Center, mentor, and the individual will work in tangent to help get the individual on their feet so they can re-enter society. If you would be interested in being a mentor or helping recently released individuals in other ways like finding them jobs and homes, please contact Sharon Feldman, Director of Family Resource Center, at (410) 795-2777 Ext. 12 or the link below.
